Our Postage and Handling Policy  

All orders are shipped from Australia. We can ship any items internationally.

All shipping and handling fees are set as default to $9.60

If you order from Australia you do not need to add any posting fee, unless you would like it to be sent registered mail.

Australia registered mail add $3.05

For all international orders, please add the relevant destination to your order.

Asia-Pacific - $11.00

USA/Canada/Middle East - $12.00

Europe/ rest of the world - $13.50

Please note that recently the US have imposed a new AU$9.00 fee to any parcel over 500g shipped to the US for Custom Security Clearance. This tax will be required to be paid after the weight of your order has been calculated. The request payment will be made by request email. Should the fee needs to be applied, your order will not be shipped until it has been fully paid.

US Custom Clearance Fee

For all Australian orders, we offer a Registered Mail service. Please select the service you would like to pay (Normal or Registered Mail). Should you opt for the Normal shipping, Monoi Australia will not be held responsible if your order has not been received. We advise you to make a claim for your loss with Australia Post. We highly recommend you to use the Register Mail option for peace of mind.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days from full payment received, unless notified otherwise by email.

We endeavour to pack and shipped all orders in the safest way possible, but we can not guarantee your order to arrive without damage caused by mishandling outside of Monoi Australia's control.

It is your responsibility to make sure the products you order are legally allowed to be shipped to your country and will pass custom clearance. Monoi Australia will not be liable should Custom Clearance of your order has been denied by the relevant authorities.
